So you have grown out of your existing house and need more space or just want to upgarde the current space. You may want to give the exterior a face lift. Perhaps you love your neighborhood and don't want to move and find a new house. When renovating a house I have to understand how it was originally constructed so I will measure the entire house both inside and out all the while taking notes and photographs for my records. With this information I can begin the design process adding a clients needs into the layouts.
