We design because we love creating new ideas. Because we as individuals are different so too are the designs we develop. The floor layouts are a reflection of our clients way of life and so this becomes the function of our design. The form is what the structure looks like from the outside and because each client brings something new in the way of wants and needs so too is the exterior form a reflection of their individuality.
Designers often are heard to use the terms “form follows function” or “function follows form”. The designer either creates the floor layouts first and then the exterior or vice versa. I believe there is no set way of designing, I just get inspired through my clients, what comes to mind is triggered by my interaction with them.
